Shipping policy

1. We start processing your order right away. After you place it, we can’t cancel or change it.

2. You’ll get a shipping email with tracking in 2–3 business days.

3. Delivery usually takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location. We ship with our courier partners.

4. Please enter your address carefully. We can’t edit the address after you confirm the order.

5. Highlightfashion isn’t responsible for packages lost due to wrong or incomplete addresses.

6. Once the courier picks up your package, they handle delivery. For delays or “delivered but not received,” please contact the courier directly with your tracking number.

7. If a package comes back to us for any reason, you’ll need to pay the shipping fee again for re-delivery.
