1. Changed your mind? Please tell us within 2–3 hours of placing your order.

2. If your order has not started production or been dispatched, we will cancel it and give a full refund.

3. Refunds will be credited to your bank account within 15 days.

4. Orders that have been processed or dispatched cannot be cancelled.
